BSNL approved and published the revised guidelines and conditions of Para 9 of BSNL Transfer policy transfers. AIGETOA was in continues persuasion for the release of Very genuine Rule 9 transfers of executives which are mainly held up due to this ,after post VRS Scenario. This will pave the way for many executives who have Exceptional/Deserving cases.
