As per the provision of the constitution of AIGETOA, we feel pleased to notify the Circle Conference and Annual General Body Meeting of AIGETOA-West Bengal Telecom Circle scheduled to be held on 16th July’22 at Kolkata as per the following schedule.
Date
and timing of the meeting:-
1. Circle conference and delegate session from
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
2. Open Session from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
3. Election of new Circle Body of AIGETOA WBTC
02:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
4. Discussion on mission vision of the new
circle governing body 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Agenda of the meeting:-
Discussion
regarding different development issues related to different services of BSNL.
· Different HR related issues.
· Submission of District Secretaries report.
· Submission of Circle Secretary Report by CS.
· Submission of Audit report and financial
report by CFS.
· Dissolution of present Circle Executive
Committee.
· Election of new Circle Body of AIGETOA WBTC.
· Any other issue with the permission of the
chair.

per the constitution of AIGETOA.

This notification is subject to the prevailing Covid 19 Pandemic Situation in
the country and the guidelines of the Government in this regard. In case of any
emergency and eventuality arising out of Covid-19 situation creating health
hazard in traveling and physical meeting, the decision with respect to holding
the meet online or holding physical meeting and the agenda thereof shall be
taken accordingly by the Circle governing body as per the prevailing situation
and Govt. Notification in this regard from time to time. Intimation in this
regard will be issued through AIGETOA WBTC website.
